ClearViews is a young, dynamic company specialising in high quality external metalwork and joinery (windows, doors, gates) in PVC and aluminium. We are looking for a surveyor/order planner to support our team.

As a surveyor/order planner, you will:

  • Take measurements once a quote has been approved;
  • Maintain regular internal contact with the sales representatives and project managers regarding the projects sold;
  • Contact your clients to arrange a date and time for the survey;
  • Once you have taken the measurements, make the necessary orders from the suppliers;
  • Inform the administration/planning team of the delivery dates so that the work can be scheduled appropriately;
  • Offer technical advice to your clients;
  • ...And more!

Relevant work experience in a similar sector is essential. We are looking for someone who can deliver correct, accurate work and take a structured approach to following up projects. You will be able to work independently or as part of a team and can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
